Meet the Provider

Lisa has been an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) at Orlando Neurosurgery since 2004. As a Florida native, she completed her undergraduate studies at Florida State University and earned a Master of Nursing at the University of Florida, graduating Magna Cum Laude. As a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, she emphasizes patient education to promote overall health maintenance and disease prevention. Lisa values a conservative management approach to wellness whenever possible. She has been offering prescription weight management guidance and tailored diet/exercise treatment packages for more than 5 years.  

Before joining Orlando Neurosurgery, Lisa worked as a traveling registered nurse, specializing primarily in intensive care nursing. She found her current role while serving in the Advent Health Orlando Neuro ICU and has also provided legal nurse consulting to a prominent law group in Central Florida.

Beyond her clinical responsibilities, Lisa is affiliated with the University of South Florida, where she offers nurse practitioner education and preceptorships for registered nurses aiming to advance their careers. In her leisure time, she enjoys group fitness and is certified as a group fitness instructor. Lisa also loves spending time with her daughter, who is involved in competitive dance.
